The people who have delicate skin, in the winter season a lot of their skin peels off. For this, in one glass of rose extract blend two tablespoons of glycerin and the juice of a big lemon. Secure it in a bottle. Apply a massage of it while sleeping and wash it in the morning.

In the present time, everyone can say that a young and attractive skin is the ornament of females. The skin cannot be broad like heart and the brain. But young, healthy and soft and beautiful skin is the asset of every woman. To look beautiful is the dream of every woman. That is why women have a lot of tendency to take care of their skin. Now the winter has started. In this season, almost everyone has to face problems. Such as drying of the skin, tearing of lips and heels, peeling off of the skin of hands, swelling of fingers etc. Today we shall inform you of a few such suggestions by acting upon which you can cope with such problems easily.

A Recipe to Soften the Skin:

It is a common thing for the skin to dry in the winters. Although dryness affects the whole body. But because the hands and face are naked, they are affected more. For this before sleeping if you take rose extract, glycerin, lemon juice in equal quantities, and a little bit of almond oil or olive oil, blend them together and apply them on hands and face. This will not cause dryness. And the skin would remain soft.

Hot Water is Also a Cause for Dryness:

In order to secure the skin of the body put baby oil or some other oil in water. At the same time bathing along with a massage of good oil is also good for the skin. Beware of one thing, that water should not be very hot. Too much hot water can also be a cuss for increasing dryness. Other than this, to bathe with basin can also be beneficial. Mix basin with milk or yogurt. Apply this and this works as a very good cleaner.

For the cure of this problem, they should make use of lip balm. Do not rub the tongue on the lips. Before sleeping at night massage the lips with cream (balaai). And during the day assage with olive oil. Other than this, applying almond and coconut oils in equal amounts is also beneficial for the lips.

A big problem in winters is that of tearing off the heals. It is not only a cause of pain, they look bad too. And it becomes difficult to work. Although there are various sorts of creams available in the market, however, some centuries-old methods also prevail. These are not only cheap; they are effective and beneficial too. In four tablespoons of glycerin, put lemon juice of one lemon, two pinches of ground potash-alum (phitkari). Blend them and apply them on torn heels 3 times in a day. At night put salt in warm water and one spoon of mustard oil. Dip your feet in this for 10 minutes. Then clean them with a soft brush. Wear socks and sleep. Wash the feet in the morning. Other than this, mix wax and soap and warm them. And apply them on torn heels.

Safety of Hands in Winters:

Dry the hair according to a natural process. Use dryer rarely. Mix juice of one lemon in jasmine oil and perform good massage of the head with this. Wash the head after half an hour. Putting some oil in yogurt and applying it is also beneficial. Yogurt reduces dryness. But keep one thing in mind that some people use yogurt and their dryness increases. If you have the same problem then do not use yogurt. After knowing all of this it is important to discuss about a few tips by which you can secure yourself against cold. Before going to sleep at night mixing lemon extract in warm water and drinking it is better in the cold.

Drinking extract of ginger and one spoon of honey is also beneficial. A joshanda of mint and ginger is also beneficial.

If you are feeling too much cold and if you want to take a sun bath then it is necessary that you apply sun screen lotion. Due to this your skin would be safe from the harmful rays of the sun.
